KAI Texas is pleased to share Dallas’ Highland Hills Library has been awarded LEED® Gold.

On June 18, KAI Design & Build along with our partners at The UP Companies hosted around 200 friends, colleagues and clients as we celebrated KAI’s 35th Anniversary along with the grand opening of our new Maryland Heights Headquarters. Last August we moved our headquarters to a new combined location at 2060 Craigshire Road. Thanks to our friends at Koncepts, LLC for a great party – and to everyone who came out for this fantastic event.

This past week, 5th grade students from Rockwood's gifted program toured the KAI-designed Carondelet Community Center as part of Rockwood's Partners in Education program. In April 2012, the City of West, Texas experienced a tragic fertilizer plant explosion that leveled the plant and several surrounding neighborhoods.
