KAI was selected by M&I to provide Construction Management Services for three new banking facilities.

Our preconstruction services included design review, coordination between the various members of the design teams, preparing bidding documents and actual procurement of the construction services.

During construction, KAI provided owner representation and construction oversight of the various contractors, including cost, schedule and quality issues. The projects are valued at approximately $12 million and construction duration was approximately eight months for each facility.

Each project included land acquisition, project planning, pre-construction services, bidding, project closeout and start-up/commissioning services.
